For West Lake homes

Your porch, without the webs.

Suds & Sons comes back on a schedule to clear every spider web and egg sack from your back porch, roof overhang and patio. You never pick up a broom again.

Plans from $49.99 a month. Texting opens your phone with the message ready to send.

Why the webs keep coming back

Sweeping a web down does not make the spider leave. It rebuilds, often overnight, and the egg sacks you missed hatch the next wave.

Your porch feeds them

Covered porches and lanais draw the flies and small insects spiders hunt, and they stay sheltered from wind and rain.

Egg sacks multiply the problem

One missed sack tucked in a ceiling corner or under the overhang means dozens of new spiders. We remove the sacks, not just the webs.

Regular clearing is what works

University of Florida extension agents point to routine cleaning and removing webs as they appear as the best way to keep a lanai clear. That is the whole service.

Help your porch stay clear between visits

A few small changes mean fewer insects, and fewer insects means fewer spiders.

  • Switch to a yellow bug lightBright white porch lights pull in moths and gnats at night, which is dinner for spiders.
  • Trim plants off the screenShrubs and branches touching the porch give spiders an easy bridge onto the house.
  • Clear the clutterStacked boxes, planters and stored furniture give spiders sheltered corners to settle in.
  • Keep it drySome spiders are drawn to moisture, so good airflow and no standing water help.

Questions

Why do spider webs come back after I knock them down?

Knocking down a web does not give the spider a reason to leave, so it usually rebuilds within a day or two. Egg sacks left behind hatch more spiders. Regular removal of both webs and egg sacks is what keeps a porch clear.

What does the service include?

We remove all spider webs and egg sacks from the areas in your plan: the back porch, or the back porch plus the roof overhang and back patio.

How much does it cost?

Monthly service is $49.99 a month for the back porch, or $79.99 a month for the back porch, roof overhang and back patio. Bimonthly service is $69.99 for the back porch, or $105.00 for all three areas.

How do I sign up?

Text or call 561-324-7588, or fill in the short form above with your name, address and plan. Rob will text back to set your first visit.
